Payments are due at the time of booking except for bulk billed consults where no payment is required.


If you have a discount code, you need to enter this on the payment screen when completing the booking process.


If you are unable to attend your booked consult, notify admin@teledocsclinic.com.au at your earliest convenience. The admin team will reschedule your consult.


If you miss your consult and/or you do not request a cancellation, please email admin@teledocsclinic.com.au to request a refund. We will consider your situation and notify you of our decision regarding a refund within 24 hours after receiving your email request.
