For clinical questions, contact the pharmacy where you have taken your script. If needed, the dispensing pharmacist will contact the practitioner.


For changes to script, contact the dispensing pharmacist who is responsible for calling the practitioner. If dispensing pharmacist has no response from calling practitioner, the dispensing pharmacist can email admin@teledocsclinic.com.au with their request. The admin team will contact the practitioner with the request.

The admin team may need to book you a follow up consult depending on the request.


For changes to bookings, cancellations, refunds, create a ticket and the admin team will respond.
