Booking

To book a consult with one of our practitioners, you need to select the clinic in the state where you are located. We have clinics in WA, NSW, QLD and VIC.

1. Select your clinic from our location page: https://teledocsclinic.com.au/locations
2. New patients - Click on New Patient Eligibility Check. Complete the form and choose your clinic to book. 
3. Return patients - Click on Book as approved patient.
4. On the clinic booking page, select your appointment type.
5. Select your preferred date and time.
6. Follow the prompts to book.
7. Complete the pre-screening form before your consult: https://teledocsclinic.com.au/prescreen

Once you have booked, you will receive an email booking confirmation and additional emails and SMS reminders leading up to the appointment time.

At your appointment time, the practitioner will call you.

If the practitioner has not called you within 30 minutes of your appointment time, email admin@teledocsclinic.com.au and we will contact the practitioner.
