Our process

  1. Book a consult through our webpage: https://teledocsclinic.com.au/locations
  2. New patients - Click on New Patient Eligibility Check. Complete and submit the form to be approved by our team. Select the clinic on the screen. Choose appointment type, preferred date and time then follow the prompts to make a booking.
  3. Return patients - Click on Book as approved patient. Choose appointment type, preferred date and time then follow the prompts to make a booking.
  4. Complete the pre-screening form before your consult to discuss your preferences at the consult: https://teledocsclinic.com.au/prescreen
  5. If you request to receive your script from the practitioner, we encourage you to contact the local pharmacy regarding stock levels of your preferred medications the day of the consult. This will prevent practitioners issuing scripts for medications which are not in stock. Our practitioner do not have access to see pharmacy stock levels.
  6. The practitioner will call you at the time of your appointment.
  7. Discuss the review and management of pain, anxiety and sleep with the practitioner.
  8. When the practitioner issues you a script, this can be either emailed directly to the affiliate pharmacy or sent to you to take to your choice of pharmacy.
  9. If your script is sent to the affiliate pharmacy, the dispensing pharmacist will contact you to arrange delivery. If you choose to receive your script, show your e-script to the dispensing pharmacist to collect your medicines from the pharmacy or select delivery to your door for $10.
