You can request a doctor's letter if you have seen the doctor within 2 weeks of requesting the letter. Otherwise you will need to book a consult before the letter can be issued.
Doctor's letters are available through our WA clinic only.

Doctor's letters are $69 and payment must be received by the clinic before a letter can be issued.
The letter is to support a current valid script issued by your prescriber at our WA clinic.
